2. In order to refund or exchange the metal product (Zipbolt, Iron Balusters, handrail brackets, etc,) they must have the original package and are kept in the good condition, along with the invoice within 21 days of purchase. Customers are then subjected to 20% of the restocking fee.
3. Cutting service is not available for standard treads, risers, and plywood.
4. Over 6 feet of materials are not available in delivery.
5. “Backorder” means a process of 5-6 business days. We may need more time to process some specific backorder of the special orders.
6. The shipping cost on the checkout page is an interior test (NOT COMPLETE). Some items do not automatically appear on that page. Please send an email to us regarding the specific items you want to order and the shipping address, we will give you a shipping quote by Canada Post Rating.
7. All the refunds and exchanges of the shipping fee are excluded.
